Consciousness & Organization

1. Consciousness: To be aware of what one is inwardly in Time. Consciousness is an inner awareness, having no structure. Consciousness releases more energy, can indirectly help production.
2. Higher consciousness: It is higher than that of an organisation. Higher consciousness is a power to accomplish outside. Higher consciousness is to have not only the awareness of what can be accomplished outside, but to have the power to accomplish it. Higher consciousness has no structure. That is why it is creative.
3. Organization: It is in between consciousness and higher consciousness.It is that through which consciousness rises to higher consciousness. It exists and functions through a complex structure. Organisation can only be productive, not creative.
